Recently Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and WELLE Environmental Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WELLE") formally signed the Joint Innovation Center Co-construction Agreement. Mr. Zhang Jinfeng, Vice President of the Group and President of the Group Industrial Research Institute, signed the agreement on behalf of WELLE.

The establishment of JITRI-WELLE Joint Innovation Center will take advantage of WELLE’s technology, talent and innovation platform in the field of environmental protection. It is committed to promote the development of Jiangsu and domestic energy conservation and environmental protection innovation technology. Combined with the core technology in the field of environmental protection and the market demand, we will build a first-class platform for environmental technology innovation, technology transformation and marketization in Changzhou National High-tech Zone to create the new growth point and industrial clusters for the environmental protection industry.
The establishment of the Joint Innovation Center is the recognition by JITRI of WELLE in the field of environmental protection, and the affirmation of WELLE’s contribution in talent innovation. WELLE will utilize the global innovation resources and platform of JITRI to strengthen cooperation in production, learning and research, continuously explore the technological needs in the process of industrial development.
